Proprietary rollers are placed on the ascender body where the rope travels providing a smooth, fast movement of the rope. Rollers provide less wear to rope and ascender. Rollers also allow the Turbofoot to be rigged as a locking pulley for light hauling with a max load of 50 kg, 110 lbs.
